The BOMS application includes modules to handle Payroll, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, Timesheets and Travel functions for the office. BOMS was written by Computer Information & Planning, Inc., and they are the only vendor (SOLE SOURCE) that provides maintenance and support of their software.
