Description
This project aims to establish functional connectomes of excitatory and inhibitory circuits post-stroke using optogenetic targeting and wide field optical imaging in awake mice, focusing on the motor-barrel network. It investigates the role of PV-INs in post-stroke plasticity and aims to determine the contribution of CamK2a/PV circuits to recovery.
