Description

Unit 7313 RTl was taken to vendor due to multiple oil leaks. Vendor inspected the unit and recommend repairing the oil leaks al the oil drain boll, oil pan, front section of the front gear housing, oil filler housing, hand hole plate and power steering mounting. Exhaust manifold and flex pipe are leaking. Unit OOS. -Estimated Parts 2/4/2025: Change Order 1 issued to increase the quantity of commodity line 1. The total amount of the Purchase Order has increased from $13,634.84 to $15,345.12, an increase of $1,710.28. Authorized by David Murphy; -Estimated Labor; -Diagnostic charge -Scope of work: Inspection and/or disassemble to determine to cost of the repairing the issues and causes for the oil leaks and exhaust leaks. -If the repair costs are reasonable, the representative of the County may direct the vendor to proceed with the repairs and concurrently issue a requisition for the services.
