Consulting Services for Site Assessment. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals and firms to be added to a pre-qualified list to provide consulting services for site assessment projects. CDPHE estimates a total of six (6) site assessments per year. Awarded Offerors will be placed on an eligible list and will be used as needed for these services.
