Access Control and Entry Systems

Description

The Parties agree to comply with the terms and conditions on the following attachments, which are by this reference made a part of the agreement. Attachments are on file with the Department of Administrative Services Central Procurement. Attachments include Competitive Solicitation for 005-RFB-2636-2025, Vendors Response to Competitive Solicitation 005-RFB-2636-2025, and Bid Summary from 005-RFB-2636-2025. The contract is for access control goods and services including labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and incidentals for task orders issued under this Agreement. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with options to renew up to five additional years. Payment terms are Net 60 with FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid. The awarded vendor is Excel Mechanical Co Inc located in Des Moines, IA. The contract includes various labor rates and percentage catalog discounts for access control systems and security systems.
