Description
This project proposes a soft wearable intelligent patch (SWIP) with microneedle waveguides for deep-tissue oxygenation sensing, enabling continuous, real-time monitoring of tissue recovery without invasive procedures. The project aims to develop a biocompatible, optical microneedle-based sensing device that enables deep tissue (~2 cm) oxygenation and physiological parameter monitoring, integrates Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for data transmission, and facilitates personalized surgical recovery and rehabilitation.
