Description

Exterior Painting - KPM will pressure wash the top and main roadside of the wall. Then will make minor repairs as needed, prime then paint the top of the wall and main roadside of the wall the colors chosen by the neighborhood. Pricing includes labor and materials. Pricing is only for minor crack repairs and stucco repairs. Pricing includes one coat of sealer/primer then 1-2 coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Satin. Coating will depend on coverage, will spray one but if two is needed to cover the old color we will do so. Pricing does not include the residents side of the wall. Pricing does not include painting or replacing the sign.
