Maintenance includes bimonthly traction and hydraulic elevator visits, annual safety and load tests, and timely repairs with parts availability within 24 hours. The Provider is responsible for background checks, staff identification, safety training, and adherence to MWBE participation goals of 15%. The contract term is 3.5 years with no renewal options. Unique contract requirements include mandatory pre-proposal meetings and site walkthroughs, strict response times for entrapment and service calls, no overtime charges without authorization except for entrapment calls, and the County's right to add or remove buildings or equipment during the contract term.
