This project aims to inform how we can repurpose medications and other interventions to reduce long-term sequelae and mortality following viral infections by analyzing electronic health record data. This work will inform infectious disease treatment strategies and advance causal inference methods for electronic health record data, strengthening our understanding of and preparedness for viral threats.
