This study will determine whether fluoxetine, a widely used antidepressant, influences the effectiveness of dolutegravir-based HIV treatment among people living with HIV (PLWH) with major depression in Nigeria. The findings aim to optimize antiretroviral therapy, enhance treatment safety, inform HIV care practices, and support improved long-term health outcomes for PLWH in the U.S.
