Development of a novel electronic platform utilizing multiplex CRISPR-transistors to quantify specific DNA sequences directly from unamplified genomic DNA to improve gene therapy quality control for Sickle Cell Disease.

Description

This project aims to develop a platform using multiplex CRISPR-transistors to rapidly assess and optimize CRISPR/Cas9 editing efficiency in Sickle Cell Disease gene therapy. The platform will electronically detect single nucleotide changes without amplification, providing quick and reliable quality control for gene therapy.
