INCLUDED IN THIS ESTIMATE ARE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. GENERAL CONDITIONS: - Project Management and Supervision - Clean up SITE WORK AND CONCRETE: -Sawcut and jackhammer out 13 areas of broken concrete and dispose off-site. -Form and Pour 13 areas of 3000 PSI concrete at 6 INCHES THICK AREAS -4'x'5 -7'x9' -10'x2' -12' curb at 12" thick, 6" wide -8'x25' -8'8' -4'x12' -5'x7' -5'x7' -5'x6' -3'x6' -6'x6'.5' -10'X5' NOTE - -All work to be done during normal business hours. -Job can begin within 30 days of approval. -Job completion time 30 days of approval.
