Roofing: Remove slate roof and dispose. Replace with Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles. Included is all underlayment, drip edge/gutter apron metal, and all new flashing around chimney and wall. C; Demo: Demo deck in front of french doors, homeowner to keep wood. Demo shed and haul away.; Soffit/Fascia: Replace all soffits. Replace all fascia boards.; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters using 5" Seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Trim: Replace rotted brick mold trim and trim around front door. Replace all wood trim around front windows. Install 4" PVC Trim on stucco roofline dormer with z flashing that will sit over step flashing.; Doors/Windows: Replace glass on 1st floor east window and second floor west window. Replace French doors on southeast corner with new Mastercraft center hinged right hand in swing French door.; Siding: Remove chimney chase framing on east side of garage and OSB plywood cover until masonry can fill in area with bricks. Replace all stucco on front elevation and dormer with Hardie Primed stucco.
