Description

The State of Iowa and LDV, Inc. establish an agreement pursuant to the specifications, terms and conditions of solicitation and resulting contract #082025-LDV between Sourcewell and LDV, Inc. This Participating Addendum modifies and amends the contract between LDV Inc. and the State of Iowa. Eligible purchasers include all state agencies, state facilities, cities, counties, education entities, or any entity funded in part with state tax dollars within Iowa. The contract allows purchase of products and services under the terms of the Participating Addendum without a separate competitive selection process.
