Description
The STATE OF MONTANA, Montana Public Employees Retirement Board (MPERB or the State) is seeking a contractor to provide actuarial consulting services. Services within the scope of this contract are to be performed by a qualified Actuarial Firm employing qualified staff. The Actuarial Firm must be regularly engaged in the business of providing actuarial services to pension plans and must have experience with major public employee retirement systems. The initial contract term will be for a period of five (5) years beginning January 1, 2016, or upon contract execution, and ending December 31, 2020, inclusive. The parties may mutually agree to a renewal of this contract in 2-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to the State. This contract, including any renewals, may not exceed seven (7) years.
