Project Scope- Approximately 530 If of 6' wide 411 thick sidewalk, bench pads, apron demolition. Basis of design and pricing: Scrape and light grading to prepare for new sidewalk Installation of 530'x6', 4" thick sidewalk 7-5'x7' concrete bench pads Demolish and remove existing approach apron 290sf Form and pour 3,000 psi concrete Clean up and Haul all work related debris from job site. Safe-off of job site is by Orange County Pricing is based on one mobilization Orange County is to secure work areas and keep safe from the public for the duration of the work and curing time. Trident Construction proposes to furnish all required materials and/or labor necessary to complete construction in accordance with the above components and project plans on the following pages. Any design alteration or deviation from the work outlined herein will be performed only upon executed change order approval from the client and may affect project price over and above this proposed price.
