JCI will procure and collect the required replacement part for the Variable Air Volume (VAV) unit. Upon receipt, a technician will coordinate with the customer to schedule a convenient site visit. During the visit, JCI will replace the specified part due to secondary limit switch arcing and heat damage. After installation, JCI will verify that the VAV unit is fully operational and confirm that the heating function is working properly. Service Provided: Arrived on site. Checked in with front desk.
