Purchase order issued to The McFarlane Construction Group, Inc., for the Fire Rescue Chiefs Office renovation, in accordance with proposal referenced as HQ Chiefs Office Renovation, which was submitted by The McFarlane Construction Group, Inc., on June 16, 2025. Scope of Work: Administrative Supervision: TMCG to provide after-hours and weekend supervision of project from start to finish. TMCG will ensure office and bathroom renovation project is completed, cleaned and ready for move in. Installation of New Electrical Lighting Etc.: Electrical Contractor to add (2) additional LED ceiling mounted lights in the bathroom main area. Change (3) existing light fixtures in the bathroom (2) over the sink and (1) in the clothing closet. Change (1) existing entry light switch in bathroom to double toggle light switch; as well as change existing switch in clothing closet to an entry sensor switch. Contractor to change all existing beige receptacles and switches to white for uniformity. Contractor to run new wire for receptacle to be installed on wall across from front windows, along with relocating existing CAT 5 data lines to same wall. Disconnect existing receptacle and data lines on corner wall. Majority of renovation work to be performed after hours and on the weekend. Wall Repair & Painting: Repair, mud, sand, and paint all existing office corner wall and new TV wall across from the front windows.
