Addendum # 1 posted 02/03/2016. Extended Bid opening Date to 02/11/2016 at 3:00 PM CST. Sealed bids addressed to Mr. Mark Vega, P.E., General Manager, McAllen Public Utilities, will be received on February 4, 2016 until 4:00 p.m., at which time they will be taken to the Conference Room (2nd Floor) of McAllen City Hall and publicly opened and read aloud. Bid must be in the City of McAllen’s possession on or before the aforementioned date and time (no late bids will be accepted).
