Electronic Informal Request for Proposals addressed to Gerardo Noriega, CTPM, Director of Purchasing and Contracting, City of McAllen will be received on January 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. via the City of McAllen bidding portal. SERVICE CONTRACT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL LABORATORY SERVICES. The City of McAllen/McAllen Public Utility reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all electronic informal price proposals and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the electronic informal price proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and hold the bids for a period of up to forty-five (45) days without taking action.
