Description
Fresno Unified School District solicited RFQ 25-13 to prequalify vendors in Professional Learning and Indirect/Direct Student Services categories for arts enrichment services. The term is three years with up to two one-year renewals, starting July 1, 2025. The RFQ was advertised on October 23 and 30, 2024, with statements due November 15, 2024. 46 responses were received from 595 notified vendors. The evaluation panel recommended approval of 15 vendors for Professional Learning (estimated annual cost $100,000) and 40 vendors for Indirect/Direct Student Services (estimated annual cost $2,000,000). Sufficient funds of $12,000,000 are available from Proposition 28 school site funds. Purchase orders will be presented for ratification in future reports.
