PHILADELPHIA GAS WORKS ("PGW" OR THE "COMPANY") SEEKS SEALED BIDS FROM QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS WHO WISH TO INSTALL AND ABANDON NATURAL GAS MAIN, SERVICES AND ALL APPURTENANCES AND PROVIDE RELATED PAVING SERVICES FOR ONE PROJECT WITHIN THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA. THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION ("RFQ") WILL RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A CONTRACT TO THE LOWEST RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE BIDDER.
