Description
Glioblastoma (GBM) is a deadly and incurable brain tumor characterized by high inter-patient heterogeneity and intra-tumoral plasticity, posing significant challenges in developing effective therapies. This project aims to uncover and target central regulatory nodes governing GBM programs by focusing on essential non-coding DNA elements called enhancers. The research involves constructing 3D enhancer-promoter interaction networks in patient-derived glioma stem-like cells and normal neuronal stem cells, identifying GSC-specific hyperconnected enhancers (
