Roof: Remove and replace the roof of the house with minimum Class 3 impact-resistant architectural-style shingles. Replace 2 sheets of sheathing.; Soffit/Fascia: Remove and replace visibly rotted fascia and/or soffit boards throughout house. Repair soffit and replace fascia wrap as needed throughout house. Replace on both eaves and on the back rake where; Gutters: Remove and replace gutters on house using 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged downspout extensions.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace front and back storm doors. Metal wrap trim on back door.; Siding: Replace damaged vinyl siding corners throughout the house. Install/repair J-trim all around the front door sill. Install a PVC kickplate. Repair metal wrap and siding around the electric meter.
