This posting is our intent to award the apparent bid winner of DMA-ITB-359 - Saw Palmetto Berry Sale, PONCE HARVESTING, LLC. This agency's decision is based on the results from the bid opening held on 08/13/2026. Please open the attached file to view the official bid tabulation sheet. Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes. Any protest concerning this agency’s decision must be timely received by the DMA Purchasing Director, Mr. John Connor.
