Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Prosper Portland is requesting statements of qualifications, expertise, and pricing (proposals) from individuals or firms to provide Economic Development, Real Estate, and Policy Analysis services on an "as needed" basis. Prosper Portland may award one or more Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders. Prosper Portland makes no guarantee of work under a Flexible Services Contract.
