ANNUAL SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE FOR SRWSF OZONE SYSTEM - - A maximum of three (6) days of on-site visits shall be provided under the service contract. This shall consist of: - A (3) three day (1) one trip annual full-service site visit by AASI Service Technician to conduct ozone system operational check-up and performance evaluation for the installed equipment. - A (3) three day (1) one trip semi-annual service site visit by AASI Service Technician to conduct routine inspection and equipment check-up. - The maximum number of trips shall not exceed one (2) per annuum. Customer is responsible to schedule service visits. Cancelled or unscheduled visits do not roll into any subsequent annual contracts. Current scheduling of ozone technicians is estimated at 10-12 business weeks following order receipt. THIS SERVICE CONTRACT ADDITIONALLY INCLUDES: - Normal working hours remote support for trouble shooting & repair & operation of ozone equipment - 24/7 telephone support; for troubleshooting; Responses to be communicated verbally, via email or fax - Perform process performance and operational reviews, based on data provided by the purchaser's plant operation. - Detailed and defined work for visit shall be provided per attached Appendix B. - Written reports & documentation based on-site visits and reviews. -Technical and engineering recommendations to improve plant safety, operation, system performance as well as reliability.
