Development of a multimodal deep learning model to improve ASCVD risk prediction by integrating imaging and electronic medical record data for better opportunistic screening and early prevention.

Description

This project aims to develop a comprehensive graph-based fusion model, “ADMIRE,” incorporating imaging and non-imaging data across two sites with significant population differences to improve risk prediction of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). The model will be validated and debiased to enhance opportunistic screening and early prevention strategies, especially in younger patients with minimal comorbidities.
