Description
This project aims to study the predictors of mental and physical health outcomes in children after trauma, focusing on genetic susceptibility, epigenetic age acceleration, and inflammation. Using cohorts from the Philadelphia Neurodevelopmental Cohort and Center for Applied Genomics, the study will assess phenomic (physical, mental health, cytokine inflammation) and genomic (whole genome and methylome) data.
