Description
The Department of Health is seeking hearing officers for formal adjudications regarding ambulance and paramedic provider selection (and/or serve as presiding officers in informal hearings as needed). The Evaluation Committee determined that the proposals submitted by Burt & Payne, P.C., Harward & Associates, and Jones Waldo provide the best value to the State. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for five years.
