Description

This award is for a consultant to provide services to Colorado's Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Division of Housing (DOH) to facilitate work pursuant to US Treasury guidance on the Homeownership Assistance Fund (HAF) under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The consultant will assist in assessing homeownership needs statewide and developing an HAF plan for allocating funds, which will be submitted prior to June 30, 2021. The US Treasury is transferring $17.5 million (10% of Colorado's total $175 million award) to DOLA for this purpose.
