Quotes are requested for furnishing the requirements of the City of Los Angeles for the goods and/or services described within this document. Please download all documents in the Attachments tab and complete the RFQ Clauses and Comments document and re-upload when submitting your bid. Likewise, please answer the questions in the Criteria tab as it will not accept your bid unless the questions in this tab are answered completely. Bids can only be submitted online via the City's website: lavss.lacity.org. Email bid responses will not be accepted as a bid response and will render your bid non-responsive. Bidders are urged to submit their bids early to ensure that you have time to resolve any technical issues you may encounter. If you are having difficulty in submitting your bid, please contact me at the number above.
