Description
This project aims to develop and pilot test a behavioral and educational intervention called RISE-HP, which uses peer coaching based on cognitive behavioral principles and patient education to improve health-related quality of life in patients with Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (HP). The project involves identifying barriers and facilitators, developing and refining the intervention with stakeholder input, and conducting a pilot randomized controlled trial to assess feasibility and acceptability. The long-term goal is to establish a multisite infrastructure for a larger effectiveness-implementation trial.
