CW anticipates two to three meetings, either virtually or in person, to review its comments with the owners team. CW will also support the owner in transmitting and explaining its comments to the design team. Professional Fees and Expenses Conventional Wisdom proposes to provide its services for a flat fee of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) which includes professional fees and expenses.
