Roof: Remove and replace roof on house and garage with Owens Corning Duration class 3 architectural shingles. CHANGE ORDER #1 - 15 sheets of OSB replacement: 10 sheets on garage and 5 sheets on house. Add 2 b; Chimney: Step flash and cap chimney with 12" galvanized gas cap during roofing process. Side exposed chimney during siding process. CHANGE ORDER #1 - Remove this line.; Soffit/Fascia: House fascia wrap on left elevation rake and rear elevation rake. Install soffit on house on left elevation rake where missing. Replace fascia board on both front rakes of garage. Wrap all fas; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters on house and garage with 5" seamless gutters with 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Trim: Replace wood trim around 6 windows on left side, 1 window on front (top), and 1 window on right side (top). Wrap all windows and doors on house and garage, including garage overhead door with new weather; Doors/Windows: Replace storm door on front of house with new mid-view storm door. Replace two windows on east elevation of house. CHANGE ORDER #1 - Install patio slider door with interior trim, screen, and wr; Siding: Remove and replace vinyl siding on front elevation only.
