Construction of McAllen Youth Baseball Complex

The City of McAllen sought sealed proposals for constructing a youth baseball complex with various facilities and infrastructure, funded partly by Texas Parks and Wildlife, with bids due by November 17, 2016.

Description

Sealed proposals addressed to Mr. Roel “Roy” Rodriguez, P.E., City Manager, City of McAllen, will be received on November 17, 2016 until 3:00 p.m., at the City Hall third floor chambers, for the construction of a soccer complex including concession/restroom facilities, parking lots, grading and drainage, laser grading, electrical, irrigation, turf installation, and concrete work. Bidders must submit a bid bond or certified cashier’s check for at least 5% of the bid amount. The project is funded partly by Texas Parks and Wildlife and is subject to various federal and state regulations.
