The Office of Business and Financial Services, and the Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting approval to proceed with a Negotiated Procurement with Creative Financial Staffing ("CFS"), to provide executive recruitment services for the vacant Financial Reporting Manager position. In considering the challenges we've experienced in the past, the lack of strong candidates we've received in almost a month, we request assistance and to leverage the expertise of CFS for the Financial Reporting Manager Executive Search. CFS' primary focus is recruiting financial professionals. In order to fill the position prior to fiscal year end season and audit it is requested approval to contract with CFS to provide acceptable candidates, which they already have qualified. The estimated maximum cost is $26,270.00
