Description

This project proposes using biopolymeric acetalated dextran (Ace-DEX) microparticles to target B cells in vivo and induce antigen-specific tolerance for treating multiple sclerosis, a chronic immune-mediated disorder of the central nervous system. Preliminary data shows promising results in mice models.
