Description
This project aims to improve the use of precision oncology (PO) among veterans with advanced cancers (colon, lung, prostate) through a multilevel intervention (MLI). The intervention includes patient education via a tablet-based module, provider education through academic detailing and feedback, and facility-level integration of PO ordering and communication into electronic medical records. The study employs a randomized stepped-wedge trial across 8 diverse sites, with primary outcomes measuring guideline-concordant molecular testing and targeted therapy.
