Description
This project aims to study how group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) increase T cells in pancreatic cancer, with the goal of developing new immunotherapies for cold tumors. Immunotherapies that boost anti-tumor T cells are landmark breakthroughs in oncology but are ineffective in approximately 80% of tumors with few T cells, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The project focuses on activating ILC2s to increase T cells and control pancreatic cancer.
