Description

Contract provides Delaware Division of Vocational Rehabilitation staff with a digital client communication and case management support platform. Features include two-way text and email communication, automated case-note creation, document and workflow management, appointment management and reminders, client document collection, integration with DVR's case management system, calendar integration, secure video conferencing, electronic document conversion and signatures, client self-scheduling, surveys, performance reporting, and technical support. Includes 60 user licenses.
