Description
Request for Statement of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for a Water, Wastewater and Reclaimed Water Master Plan. McAllen Public Utility is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Consulting Engineering Firms experienced in water, wastewater and/or reclaimed water utility Master Planning. The SOQ’s will demonstrate experience with utility design, corridor analysis, master planning, water modeling, and cost estimating. The SOQ’s will be evaluated and ranked in accordance with criteria established in RFQ Solicitation. Selected Consulting Firms will be assigned the following Projects.
