QUOTE DATE: 02/17/2026 QUOTED BY: ALBERT UZUNYAN FOUNTAIN MAINTENANCE from February 27, 2026 to April 3, 2026 Scope of Work: - Once weekly mobilization of equipment for servicing on Fridays or other pre-approved weekday (excludes weekends and holidays) for a minimum of 4 days and maximum of 5 days a month - Vacuum, brush, and skim all debris and objects from top and bottom of fountain - Tile maintenance (light brushing and light treatment to maintain appearance) - Maintain water to proper levels - Clean all filters and all baskets belonging to the fountain and its associated equipment, as necessary - Provide water treatment(s), including needed chemicals and equipment, to have fountain within Health Department standards o Obtain pre-approval of the use of all chemicals prior to use - Monitor all equipment (motor, filter, pump, pipes, etc.) for smooth operation - With owner's prior approval, perform as-needed minor parts replacement and repairs which includes but is not limited to - replacing filters, clamps, and exterior brushing of fountain equipment and parts.
