7/16/26 - SVRS Technicians were onsite to investigate the reported roof leak near the ridge vent at the Letort Elementary School. Technicians performed an interior inspection and were unable to find any signs of water on the plywood, rafters, or the plaster ceiling above the classroom. The crew did find an electrical box penetration through the plaster ceiling and believe this is causing condensation to drip onto the classroom.
