This project aims to develop a computational pipeline to discover high-confidence human-microbiome protein-protein interactions (PPIs). The research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying microbiome-related disorders, with an emphasis on PPIs as a novel facet of host-microbiome interactions.
