Description
Development of EvaPermea, a non-invasive medical device using low power radio frequency evanescent waves to safely and effectively open the blood-brain barrier (BBB) at home, improving drug delivery for central nervous system diseases such as glioblastoma and brain metastases. The project includes optimizing RF parameters, studying BBB closing kinetics, and assessing safety in Phase I, with future phases to evaluate efficacy with chemotherapy drugs.
