Description
This R25 Research Education Module, leveraging the infrastructure of the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (I-CTSI), aims to foster the development of the clinical and translational workforce within Indiana through education and immersive experiences of students enrolled in Ivy Tech, our statewide community college system. The program includes virtual career exposure, immersion research experiences connecting learners to thematic research at four universities, and longitudinal mentoring to support career pathway attainment. The program’s efficacy will be evaluated through learner progression into relevant educational tracks and careers.
