POST BLEACH TANK 1 CLEANING 9/8/2025 CO to close out per TS email dated 9.5.25; POST BLEACH TANK 2 CLEANING - - Scope of work: ATOC will mobilize a proper crew and equipment to pump out, rinse and complete a transfer of bleach. Upon receipt of authorization to proceed AOTC will profile the waste into a disposal facility. AOTC will mobilize a proper crew and equipment to the site. AOTC will conduct a safety briefing. AOTC will remove the manway from the bulk tank No lines or flanges will be removed by AOTC. Tank 1 is already drained and ready to be cleaned o Manway will be removed from tank Tank will be rinsed down and flushed removing hazards from the tank Orange County utility workers will change out one valve AOTC will transfer the contents from tank two into tank one Transfer will be conducted using a double diaphragm pump Pumps and hoses will be clean prior to mobilization AOTC will complete the rinse process on tank two AOTC will demobilize from the site. AOTC will transport the waste to a proper disposal facility as a nonhazardous waste.
