Description
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Saskatoon Research and Development Centre at 107 Science Place and 410 Lowe Road, Saskatoon, SK, including facilities located in Outlook and Scott, SK, requires a Contractor to provide Electrical services. This solicitation of offers is to establish a service contract for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the solicitation of offers. The period of the contract will be for one (1) calendar year with the possibility to extend the Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2025. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by AAFC. An optional site visit will be held at the Main Lab Building, 107 Science Place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am CST, in Saskatoon SK. Offerors must communicate with the Site Authority no later than 3:00 pm CST on May 6, 2025. Offers will be assessed based on the entire requirement of the solicitation, including technical and financial criteria. The lowest evaluated price among compliant offers will be considered for award. Offers shall be submitted using the CPC Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation.
