Description
Broadly neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) administered at antiretroviral therapy initiation have shown promise in reducing the HIV reservoir, boosting immune responses, and enhancing virus control. The project will use a genetically barcoded SHIV/NHP model to study the effects of bnAbs on the reservoir, immune responses, and virus control, focusing on neutralizing and effector functions.
